4 kg The Artemide variety derives from a cross between Venere rice (medium grain and black pericarp) and Indica rice (long, narrow grain and white pericarp). It is a brown, aromatic, black rice. Artemide rice has an intense, pleasant aroma and a lovely elongated grain shape. Given its close relationship with Venere rice, it has a very high iron and selenium content, the latter being very important for its antioxidant properties. Artemide rice is excellent cooked with cheeses, fish, vegetables and mushrooms.
