8.4 fl oz (250ml) Preserving the value of Giuseppe Giusti's historic family testimonies, the Gran Deposito vinegar strikes 'the perfect balance' between premium grape selection and time-testing. Made using the exact instruments the Guisti family used in the past, the 1 Silver Medal variety is aged in French oak barrels, lending a fragrant density that works well with balsamic acidity.
