Our Mr. C Chocolate Cake is a layer cake, or sandwich cake. This is a cake consisting of multiple stacked sheets of chocolate sponge cake, held together by chocolate ganache. This cake is covered with another layer of chocolate ganache and glazed with our bitter chocolate glaze. Served with Chantilly cream on the side.
